Details: Premium Cold Brew Coffee home brewing kit from My Morning Brew that lets you infuse Cold Brew Coffee (slow-steeped for 12-24 hours) with nitrogen as it pours from the tap. Nitrogen infusion creates micro-bubbles, giving the coffee a cascading, frothy texture. The result is a velvety-smooth coffee with a delicately sweet flavor and a rich, creamy head of foam. COMPONENTS 1. Mini Steel Keg (64oz). 2. Stainless Steel Spear with Pressure Relief Valve. 3. Stainless Steel Stout Faucet. 4. Black Plastic Tap Handle. 5. Stainless Steel N2O Cartridge Holder. 6. Non-thread 8g N2O Cartridge/Capsule (not included). HOW TO ASSEMBLE 1. Manually clean all parts with warm water and mild soap (Not Dishwasher Safe). 2. Pour cold brew coffee concentrate and water into keg, filling the keg up to between 50%-75% (75% MAX). 3. Attach hose into spear. 4. Install stout faucet into spear body. Start by hand and finish with provided wrench to make sure the connection is proper and tight. 5. Connect the newly assembled tap system to the top of the keg by screwing it on. 6. Place 8g non-thread N2O into cartridge holder and connect (quickly rotate) to the spear. You should hear a feint ‘whistle’ sound of the nitrogen injection. 7. Gently shake the keg and then place into a refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. (DO NOT PUT INTO FREEZER) 8. Take keg out of refrigerator, place a glass to the nozzle and then pull the handle to the front slowly and enjoy your Nitro Coffee. Note: Once keg is completely empty, pull the tap handle to completely release the nitrogen gas. Once empty, you can go ahead and remove N20 cartridge.
